Here at Summerset we find and buy each beautiful location to build on, obtain planning permits, design and manage the build, and create strong and vibrant communities for our residents to live in. Each part of this process is key to us bringing the best of life.

Our diverse range of business activity means we have a wide range of career opportunities, including developers, project managers, designers, sales, village operations and clinical roles.

Future recruitment

We anticipate our first Residential Care centre will be opened in late 2025, with several others in 2026 and beyond. To bring the best of life in our care centres, we will look for incredible talent in the following roles:

  • Activities Coordinators

  • Café Assistants

  • Care Givers (Personal Care Workers)

  • Housekeepers / Laundry Assistants

  • Kitchen Assistants

  • Maintenance / Property

  • Receptionists

  • Registered Nurses
