A new Summerset village is being planned on Central Road, Drysdale. Located in the heart of the northern Bellarine Peninsula, the location is conveniently located to provide a relaxed retirement living environment.
The proposed village is conveniently located with easy access to all local amenities including supermarkets, shops, cafes, health services and community facilities. Also close by, are the Drysdale Bowling and Croquet Club, Clifton Springs Foreshore Reserve, Clifton Springs Golf Course and Bowls Club as well as the Lake Lorne Nature Reserve.
Facilities & activities
Summerset residents have access to a range of village facilities. Our villages are built for their environment and generally include facilities for both indoor and outdoor entertainment and services. Once the village is complete, our on-site Activities Coordinator will also ensure there is a calendar of activities and events that cater to a wide range of resident interests and abilities.

Levels of care
Our village will offer a continuum of care. This ensures that as your needs change, we will offer a range of care and support on site to suit you. If you need to move home to receive more care, then as a resident you will have priority access to the care home (subject to availability and entry criteria).
