When you purchase an assisted living apartment, you will also purchase our services package, Living Well, which ensures that tasks such as cleaning, laundry and cooking are taken care of.
Our assisted living apartments give you the space and freedom to host friends and family and fully embrace village life, whilst giving you the confidence of support close by.

Support for your needs
Living in an assisted living apartment also gives you the confidence of knowing we’ll look after the chores, so you have more time for quality time and for enjoying village life.
You are required to maintain the Living Well services package while living in an assisted living apartment. Summerset’s Living Well services package includes support with everyday tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meals. It also includes a comprehensive initial health assessment including care planning carried out by a Summerset qualified registered nurse. Ongoing weekly assessments mean that if your needs change we can ensure you’re getting the assistance you need.
Need a little extra? Additional services are also available for purchase.
Summerset Sure
We want you to feel confident in your decision. If you move into an assisted living apartment* and decide that Summerset life is not for you, then you can activate your Summerset Sure guarantee.
This means if you decide up to 90 days after moving into your new home that Summerset isn’t right for you, we’ll refund your ingoing contribution without deducting the deferred management fee (some conditions apply).
