It is conveniently located with local shopping centres, supermarkets and public transport very close by. Gorgeous beaches are only minutes away by car or a short stroll.

Summerset residents have access to a range of village facilities. Our retirement villages are built for their environment and generally include the facilities below. Once the village is complete, our on-site Activities Coordinator will also ensure there is a calendar of activities and events that cater to a wide range of resident interests and abilities.

Levels of care
Our village will offer a continuum of care. This ensures that as your needs change, we will offer a range of care and support on site to suit you. If you need to move home to receive more care, then as a resident you will have priority access to the care home (subject to availability and entry criteria).
