Summerset is planning a new retirement village in the coastal suburb of Mornington, Victoria.
The proposed village will be Summerset’s first on the Mornington Peninsula, bringing our award-winning continuum of care model to a region renowned for its beaches, coastal lifestyle, café culture and wineries, with easy access to national parks, spectacular scenery and nearby towns including Sorrento, Portsea and Rosebud.
Once complete, the village will provide a variety of independent homes and an onsite residential aged care home, so you can feel secure that if your needs change there will be care onsite, where residents will have priority (subject to availability and eligibility criteria).

Our villages are built for their environment and generally include high-quality facilities for both indoor and outdoor entertainment and services. Once the village is complete, the team onsite ensure there’s a comprehensive calendar of activities and events to cater for our wide range of residents. Our in-house catering offers contemporary food menus prepared onsite with wholesome, seasonal and fresh produce.

Our village will offer a continuum of care. This ensures that as your needs change, we will offer a range of care and support onsite to suit you. If you need to move home to receive more care, then as a resident you will have priority access to the care home (subject to availability and eligibility criteria).
