Flexible Pricing Options

  1. If you enter into a Sales Application to purchase a Stage One Villa at Summerset Cranbourne North and select a Flexible Pricing Option with a reduced ingoing contribution, you will have a higher Deferred Management Fee applied to your Residence and Management Contract. A breakdown of the bespoke arrangement will be set out and provided to you in your Sales Application, the Disclosure Statement, Factsheet and Residence and Management Contract.

  2. Summerset has the right to cancel or vary the Flexible Pricing Options available at any point prior to you signing a Sales Application.
