Thank you for attending our Downsizing Seminar with Jenny Peploe. We hope you learnt some new tips and tricks as well as something about Summerset and what it is like to live in one of our villages. As you have entered into our $150 grocery voucher draw you will be added to our Friends of Summerset database where you will receive communications about the village including invitations to upcoming events as well as receiving our Summerset Scene magazine. You can unsubscribe at any time if you no longer wish to receive updates.
To be eligible to be in the draw to win a $150 grocery voucher you will have to complete an entry form on the day of the event and hand it into a Summerset representative. Below are the full terms and conditions for the $150 grocery voucher draw.
Downsizing Seminar — Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
Entry to the $150 grocery voucher draw (“Prize Draw”) is by completing the flyer to join our Friends of Summerset database, with one entry per person, and must be handed in to a Summerset representative on the day of the event (refer to event dates below). The Prize Draw will take place on the day of the event (refer to event dates below). The method of conducting the Prize Draw will be at the sole discretion of Summerset Holdings (Australia) Limited and Summerset’s determination of the winner will be final. The lucky winner will be announced at the event.
Summerset reserves the right to exclude any entry at its absolute discretion. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summerset including any of its affiliates, employees or agents will not be liable for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, costs or injury whatsoever suffered by an entrant as a result or in connection with this competition (including any inability to enter, complete or continue this competition due to technical issues).
Summerset reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion, including extending, postponing or cancelling the Prize Draw.

Summerset Group Holdings Limited ARBN 164 228 399 and its related entities ("Summerset") collects your personal information for the following purposes:
to assess your application to live in one of our villages;
to keep you up-to-date about our villages;
to provide you with the information or services that you have requested;
to deliver the best support and service for your needs;
to administer our villages and/or resolve any queries or complaints; and
to identify risk and implement appropriate controls to prevent or manage COVID-19 or such other communicable diseases as recommended by the relevant government authorities in our villages and other workplaces.
This Collection Notice applies to personal and sensitive information, such as health information, information, that Summerset collects via phone, hardcopy and electronic formats throughout the application process and during your time living in one of our villages. Summerset takes all reasonable steps to protect personal information held in its possession against loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure or misuse.
If you do not provide us with the requested information, we may not be able to process or assess your application, assist you with your specific enquiry or request, or provide our services to you. We may share your personal information with third parties in order to conduct our business and deliver our services, including but not limited to, those contracted to and/or involved in providing, managing or administering our services, health referral organisations, medical and health professions, hospitals, our professional advisors, government departments, regulators, coroners, undertakers, your family members or carers, EPOA and/or substitute decision-makers and other relevant bodies when required and authorised to do so by law. Summerset may also disclose your personal information to third parties with your consent and/or in emergency situations if it is reasonably necessary. These parties may be located overseas, including in New Zealand.
